Air Purifier Deals

Dyson Pure Humidify + Cool

Keeping the air in your home clean is part of practicing self-care without really, well, doing anything. Just plug in an air purifier or two and take a deep, clean breath.

I know, I know. Even on sale, this Dyson purifier very expensive. But Dyson’s products work well, and this one combines air purification with a cool fan. and humidifier. It’s better for large rooms, and it has self-cleaning features that make taking care of a humidifier an easier task.

We’ve tried a ton of Coway purifiers and like most of them, but this is our top pick for small rooms. It’s relatively inexpensive (in the world of air purifiers), compact, and most importantly, will work when you need it. The air quality monitor will turn on the fan if it detects unsafe particles and turn off when the air is clean.

This purifier used to cost about $ 690, but later the price dropped. It recently dropped to a little under $ 300, but it was a solid deal. It’s big, so you’ll need space, but it’s great for rooms up to 484 square feet, extremely quiet, and controllable via a simple app.

Oral Care Deals

Quip Refillable Floss Pick

After all the Halloween candy you’ve eaten, you want to keep your teeth clean and free of holes in one of the our favorite electric toothbrush.

For some reason, I find it easier to get a floss pick than to use a string version, but the single-use is not good for the environment. I love Quip’s reusable pick, which comes in a metal or plastic body (the latter under $ 10), with a case that holds the floss and the tool one so you can put it in your wallet or desk drawer. (And it has a mirror!) Open the pick, put it on the rope, close and tear, and you’re done. We also recommend Quip’s electric toothbrush, which is similar to Smile Direct in lower in style and function but with a thinner neck.

I have been using this brush for a few months and I would like to include it in a future update our toothbrush guide. It’s always cheap, even at its full price, and works well. It doesn’t oscillate like Oral-B brushes do, but it vibrates enough to give you a deep cleanse without severe scrubbing. It’s also lightweight and small, and its stand can sit on the counter, stick to your mirror, or (if opened) double as a bristle protector on your trip.

The Oral-B Pro 1000 is a great electric toothbrush, thanks to the round, oscillating brush heads that get gunk in almost every inch of your tooth. It’s super powerful (a little too much at first, but you get used to it) and there’s a lot compatible brush heads for a more customized clean. It usually flies between $ 40 and $ 50.

Struggling to remove unwanted body hair? We have a guide with many recommendations, from cheap depilatory creams to more expensive and impressive tech gadgets.

If you have pale skin and dark body hair, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) devices are unique for reducing hair growth. They target and destroy the root, so over time you will notice very little growth. It is also easy to use, painless, and safe for home use if you follow the instructions. However, it should not be used on blonde, red, or gray hair, or on very dark skin. The Duo Lite has a lifetime of 100,000 flashes. If you can spend a little, the SmoothSkin Pure IPL also sold for $ 319 ($ 60 discount). It has unlimited flashes and a skin tone sensor that should prevent any user error from damaging the skin.

If you want to remove hair and dead skin from your face, you can try dermaplaning. It’s more effective to do this at a professional spa (they usually use sharp scalpels), but you can also try it at home. Dermaflash Luxe offers a luxurious way to do this, by removing hair and building a vibrating exfoliation. But, not you there to spend this kind of money when you go for one Analog razor on the face rather.
